In this section we will answer questions often asked about our Communicators and our company. If you have a question, the answer to which can not already be found here, e-mail it to us. We will post the question and answer it here, for everyone to read.

Most, if not all technical questions will be answered directly by Les Collett, the designer of the Communicator.

The first questions we answer represent a collection of questions we've been asked, many times, over the past 2 decades of business. As this is being done from memory we can not attribute names to these questions. However in future, that is what we want to do. Therefore when you e-mail us, please include your name and location. Not your address! Only your general location, ie. city or town, province or state, and country, and if applicable, the name of the snowmobile, ATV, motorcycle or PWC club of which you are a member.
